  8月4日（金）頃より、本学教職員を装った、いわゆる「なりすましメール」が不正に発信されている事実が確認されています。発信元は本学教職員とは無関係のgmailのアカウントです。

  ついては、本学関係者からのメールで、内容に心当たりがない怪しいメールを受信された場合は、ウイルス感染やフィッシングサイトへの誘導のリスクがあることから、メールの開封、返信、添付ファイルの参照、あるいはメール本文中のURLのクリック等を行うことなく、削除していただきますようお願いいたします。

  本学におきましては、不正アクセス防止を含め、情報セキュリティの強化に引き続き取り組んで参ります。皆様のご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願いいたします。

About the "spoofed emails" impersonating faculty and staff of our university

Since approximately Friday, August 4, 2023, it has been confirmed that so-called "spoofed emails" impersonating faculty and staff of our university have been illegally sent. They originate from a Gmail account that has nothing to do with our faculty and staff.

Therefore, if you receive a suspicious email from someone unfamiliar with the university, please delete it without opening or replying to the email, referring to the attached file, or clicking on the URL in the body of the email, as there is a risk of virus infection or redirection to a phishing site.

We will continue to strengthen information security at our university, including the prevention of unauthorized access. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
