Kansai University’s President Kawata granted the Degree of Doctor Honoris Causa to Harvard University’s Professor Dale W. Jorgenson at Senriyama Campus on January 14, 2009. This ceremony was held at the beginning of the international conference hosted by the Research Institute for Socionetwork Strategies (RISS), Kansai University to which Prof. Jorgenson was invited to deliver a keynote speech.
