Cooperation Agreement concluded with EU Institute in Japan, Kansai
On December 16, Kansai University and the EU Institute in Japan (EUIJ), Kansai concluded a cooperation agreement for the purpose of promoting EU-related researches and EU studies, and strengthening relations between Japan and the EU.
The EUIJ, Kansai, a consortium consisting of three universities which are Kobe University, Kwansei Gakuin University and Osaka University, was established on April 1, 2005 with the aim of expanding EU-related academic research hubs, promoting educational and PR activities, and others. The duration of our cooperation agreement will be from April 1, 2009 until March 31, 2013.
Having the Japan-EU Research Center in Belgium, we expect to enhance our EU-related researches and EU studies by collaborating on such activities as joint researches, seminars and workshops.
