On November 17, President Kawata received an official visit from Vietnam: Mr. Le Duc Luu, the Vietnamese Consul General; Dr. Tran Viet Thanh, Chief of the Ministry Office, Ministry of Science & Technology; Dr. Tran Van Tot, the Vice-President of Hanoi University of Technology; and three others.
Kansai University concluded an academic exchange agreement with the Vietnam National University, Hanoi in 2005: We expect to promote further international exchanges with Vietnamese universities in the future.
