  The ongoing invasion of Ukraine by the Russian military is a provocation against the world order and seeks to change the status quo through the use of deadly force.   Furthermore, the veiled threat pointing to potential utilization of nuclear weapons tramples on the sentiments of all the people in the world who strongly desire peace, and cannot be tolerated in any way whatsoever.

  Kansai University sincerely hopes that this issue will be resolved by peaceful means as quickly as possible.
