「Cross-Cultural Competence」
科目内容
この授業では、COIL（オンライン国際交流学習）による活動を含みます。COILとは、情報通信技術 (ICT)ツールを用いて、海外の大学に属する学生達と様々な分野のプロジェクトをバーチャルに連携しながら実施する活動です。国内に居ながらにして、海外大学の学生と共同で学ぶことができます。この授業では、様々な文化を比較することや、文化背景の異なる学生と議論する活動により、異文化理解能力を向上させていきます。多様な人々に対する文化的感受性や適切な人間関係・組織間関係の構築等について理解し、自己の成長を考察・評価する能力を高めます。また、自身の多文化感覚の発達について振り返ることや、他人に対してより敏感になるプロセスを意識づけるといった活動を行います。
