Spring 2024 KU-EOL Program Concludes Successfully
Kansai University IIGE recently celebrated the successful completion of the Kansai University Engaged/Exchange Online Learning (KU-EOL) Program for Spring 2024. Running from mid-May to the end of June 2024, this innovative program connected students from Kansai University and partner institutions around the world through a series of engaging online courses.
Originally launched in 2020, the KU-EOL program offers students outside of Japan the opportunity to participate in selected Kansai University courses online and free of charge. The Spring 2024 iteration featured a range of courses, including Japanese Arts, Critical Thinking for Social and Global Issues, Contemporary Gender Studies, Communication in Japanese Society and others. These courses were delivered 100% online, with weekly 90-minute lectures over a seven-week period.
The program received an enthusiastic response from participants, who appreciated the interactive nature of the courses and the opportunity to collaborate with their peers across different cultures.
As the Spring 2024 session concludes, Kansai University and IIGE look forward to continuing the KU-EOL program and further strengthening international academic ties. Applications for the next KU-EOL session will be announced in the coming months, inviting more students to join this transformative educational journey.
