I am pleased to announce that, "in collaboration with higher education institutions in Japan and overseas, we are working to build and operate an interactive exchange program that utilizes the Next Generation Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) method to mutually improve education techniques and diversify businesses by contributing to the career development of individuals who will become a bridge to the world."
The JPN-COIL Association was established by the 13 founding universities selected by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) for the promotion of its 2018 (Heisei 30) Support for Educational Reform strategy, the Inter-University Exchange Project: Chiba University, The University of Tokyo, Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, International Christian University, Tokyo University of the Arts, Kagoshima University, University of the Ryukyus, Osaka City University, Sophia University, Ochanomizu University, University of Shizuoka, Nanzan University, and Kansai University.
