経済学部独自の短期留学プログラムであるGoLDプログラム（ニュージーランド）に参加している学生から、休日の様子について現地レポートが届きましたので、ご紹介します。
学生はワイカト大学での語学や経済学の授業のみならず、放課後・休日を最大限に活用しながら現地の文化を肌で感じています。
外国語運用能力だけでなく、グローバルな視点でさまざまな事象を理解する力を身につけ、帰国後の学びのモチベーションにつながることを期待しています。

Yesterday, I went to Devonport, which is in Auckland with my friends. I went to there by ship. It was a great because I could see a beautiful scenery of Auckland's down town while I was being in ship. After I arrived at the port, I saw a big mountain. It was Mount Victoria. When I was climbing I felt that it is little hard to climb because it is steep. But, after climbing, I felt I am glad to come here. Look at the picture. It is a great landscape isn't it? Actually, I really like to take some photos of scenery or landscape. So, that time was very valuable and also good for me.
I have had a good time since I came to New Zealand. Not only sightseeing, I can also study or improve my English skills especially, listening and speaking.
Anyway, it is a great time for me.
