On Monday, June 8, international students from Clemson University in South Carolina, USA (one of our COIL partner universities), who are studying abroad for a short term as part of the COIL Plus Program, visited Mi-Room (EMUAI- Room). They had a great time with the local Kansai University students, and many of them enjoyed the exchange.

 

Mi-Room stands for Multilingual Immersion Room, a global communication space where students can experience different cultures and international exchanges that they cannot have in their daily lives. In recent years, we have not been able to hold face-to-face exchange events with international students at the Corona Disaster, but gradually international exchange has become possible on campus, and the lively Mi-Room scene is returning!

 

On Wednesday, June 15, we will hold a special exchange event with Clemson University, "One-hour on-campus study abroad!”
