The JIGE initiative emphasizes capacity building for Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). One of our efforts in AY2023 has just begun! On February 26, Professor Keiko Ikeda (IIGE/JIGE) and Associate Professor Don Bysouth (JIGE) gave a presentation at the SD/FD event held at Taylor's University in Malaysia. The event, aimed at promoting capacity building for faculty and staff, covered a wide range of topics including the internationalization of university, cross-cultural understanding, and COIL/VE.
