In an effort to strengthen international ties and enhance educational opportunities, IIGE vice-director Keiko Ikeda visited Prince of Songkla University in Thailand on December 14th. The meeting, which saw the online participation of KU Professors Masato Ueda and Yasuhiko Iwasaki, along with coordinators Rob Kuipers and Kinnosuke Manabe, centered on exchanging insights into the internationalization efforts at the two institutions and exploring opportunities for furthering collaborations.

Discussions explored collaborative prospects in areas like Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL), blended mobility programs, and internships, showcasing a commitment to improve student access to international education an career advancement opportunities.
