On June 17th, the Japan Alumni Community of US Exchange Programs (JAC-US) hosted its first face-to-face event. The event was centered around education and drew about 40 participants from junior high schools, universities, and private educational institutions, creating a diverse and engaging environment.

IIGE Vice-Director Keiko Ikeda delivered the keynote address, highlighting the importance of Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) and providing valuable insights for initiating COIL projects. Attendees expressed their gratitude for Professor Ikeda's significant contribution to the event.

Attendees actively shared their aspirations and concerns throughout the event, engaging in deep and thoughtful conversations. These interactions enriched the learning experience and fostered connections and collaborations among education experts.
