The February 2021 Online Global Career Mind Program kicked off the first VE/COIL session today with Otterbein University Professor Mayu Okawara's Japanese language class. In the session, the students introduced themselves, and broke out into small groups to get to know each other better as an icebreaking activity, using a mix of Japanese and English.

 

Students who were unable to attend the VE/COIL session will upload their video self introductions to Flipgrid.

 

In their next VE/COIL meeting on Friday, Feb. 12th, the students will make a presentation to their international peers on a cultural artifact they find interesting or significant from their home country.
