On April 9th, During Bridgewater State University's Global Engagement Week, IIGE Vice-Director Keiko Ikeda participated as a speaker in the "Global Conversations: COIL and Virtual Exchange in Asia, Europe and Latin America" in their International Partnership Forum.

The forum aims to achieve the following:

 

"We hope that this is the first step for us to explore the formation of broader areas of cooperation and exchange in the future.  There are several goals of the network: (1) foster informal sharing of resources and events for academic collaborations. (2) engage in collaborative projects for international online learning as well as cooperation based on niches of institutions – education, stem, business, humanities and social sciences (3) open up multi-campus student exchanges, study abroad, and summer school opportunities in the future."
