On March 6^th, IIGE held a workshop on Educational Technology for COIL/VE titled "COIL/VE with Flipgrid". In the workshop, Elvita Wiasih Specially Appointed Assistant Professor (Kansai University) gave the workshop on an online application called “Flipgrid”, in which the participants learned how to create a Flipgrid account and the basic and advanced setting of groups and topics in Flipgrid. In addition, different ways to use the application for their COIL projects were discussed.

After learning about how Flipgrid has been used in the past COIL projects at Kansai University and step-by-step instructions on how to use the app, the participants were given an opportunity to share potential COIL activity/project ideas using Flipgrid. The workshop ended with a Q&A.
