On May 14th, Kansai University students in Prof. Masato Ueda's class kicked off their COIL with Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP, Malaysia) students led by Prof. Muzakir. In the asynchronous COIL session, they were able to meet each other for the first time to get to know and break the ice for the future project they will be working on together. They were able to meet and talk to their group members in the short breakout session.

 

 

The students will be meeting once a week for the next few weeks and working in groups. The outcome of the group project will be presented to everyone in the last session on June 11th.
