2026年度秋学期グローバルティーチングアシスタント（GTA)講師部門の募集の開始をお知らせします。

We are looking for passionate students who would like to work as a GTA in the Teaching Team!

◆ What is Mi-Room?

Mi-Room is a global communication space where students can experience different cultures and engage in international exchange. It is a great place to improve language skills and develop a global mindset.

◆ What is a GTA?

GTA stands for Global Teaching Assistant. GTAs facilitate language and cultural sessions in the Mi-Room and support students' learning through interactive activities.

◆ Recruitment Information (Fall 2026)

We are looking for students who are interested in working as GTAs in the Teaching Team during the Fall 2026 semester.

We welcome applications from students who:

• Are passionate about both teaching and learning languages and cultures.
• Can flexibly introduce their own language and culture to Kansai University students who are new to them, adapting to students' levels of understanding and learning pace.

◆Application deadline：  Friday, October 2, 2026, 12:00pm (JST)

◆Document Screening
  Document screening will be conducted based on the information you submit to the application form.
  Results will be announced by email by Monday, October 5.

◆Interview date 
 Interviews will be held for applicants who pass the document screening, on one of the following dates:
 ・Thursday, October 8.
 ・Friday, October 9.

＊We ask your available date in application forms, Please apply after your classes are fixed.

◆Notification of Acceptance:  Friday, October 9 (by email)

◆GTA Training
 Wednesday, October14, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
•    All new GTAs are required to attend this training.
•    The employment contract will also be completed on this day.

♦GTAとは？
GTAとは、Global Teaching Assistantの略で、Mi-Roomで行われる様々な活動をサポートする学生スタッフです。
*講師部門と運営部門があり、こちらのページでは講師部門の募集です。


♦Mi-Roomとは?
Multilingual Immersion Roomの略で、日常では得られない異文化体験や国際交流を実体験できるグローバル・コミュニケーションスペースです。
語学力の向上はもちろん、国際感覚を培うことができます（場所：千里山キャンパス第2学舎1号館2階）。

♦GTA講師部門の仕事内容
①語学講座や世界のトピックに関するセッションの指導
②国際交流・文化体験等のイベントの企画・運営

♦求める人物像
・文化・言語を学ぶことと教えることの両方に対して熱意のある方
・語学・国際交流の初心者を含めた関大生に自国の言語や文化を分かりやすく伝えられる柔　軟性のある方
・熱意と責任をもってセッションを運営できる方

◆採用面接について
書類選考通過者には、以下の日程のいずれかで採用面接に参加いただきます。
2026年10月8日（木）もしくは10月9日（金）
＊面接の日程も申込時に確認いたしますので、秋学期の授業が決まってからご応募下さい。

◆面接結果通知　：　2026年10月9日（金）

◆GTA研修：
　2026年10月14日（水）6:00pm～8:00pm
＊採用に際し研修の参加は必須となります。
