2026年2月より、関西大学グローバル教育イノベーション推進機構（IIGE）で勤務いただける学生スタッフを募集します。 

◇IIGEとは 

IIGEは、オンラインツールを活用した国際教育（COIL）の推進を行う組織です。COILを活用した授業や、短期派遣留学「COIL Plus」プログラムの運営、海外大学・国際団体との交流イベントなどを企画・実施しています。 

お仕事は日英バイリンガルで、海外学生とのオンライン授業支援TAやマニュアル資料や動画等の作成、国際交流イベントの運営スタッフなど幅広く、適性を生かした体験ができます。またご自身の姿勢次第では状況判断能力や問題解決能力を鍛えることができます。 

海外学生とのオンライン授業支援TAのお仕事は、学期内に7~8回定期的に勤務できる方を募集。 
授業外支援のお仕事は発生時ベース相談、お仕事を依頼できる月もあれば、全くお仕事がない月もあります。1日の活動時間は2～3時間を目安にしています。 
 
 

◇募集内容 

• 時給：1,400円 

• 勤務場所：千里山キャンパス（以文館1階 IIGEオフィス、図書館GSCなど） 

• 業務内容：  

• 授業内支援：教室・オフィスでのTA業務 

• 授業外支援：日英バイリンガルでのマニュアル・資料作成、動画編集、翻訳、イベント運営など 

• 勤務時間：  

• 授業内支援：1授業につき2時間程度（学期中に7～8回定期的に発生） 

• 授業外支援：業務内容により異なります（発生ベースで応相談） 

◇応募資格 

• 関西大学に在籍する以下の学生：  

• 学部1〜3回生（2026年3月卒業予定の4回生は対象外） 

• 正規留学生（交換留学生は対象外）※外国人留学生は資格外活動許可を取得していること。 

• 大学院生 

• 授業内支援・交流イベント運営希望者は、以下の語学力が必要：  

• 英語：CEFR B1レベル（TOEIC580～、英検2級、GTEC260～、TOEFL ITP 505～、iBT 60～） 

• 日本語：N4レベル以上 

• 資料作成・動画作成のみ希望の場合、英語力は不要、ICT/ITツールの使用経験がある方のみ（例：Zoom、Canva、MovieMaker、PowerPoint、Googleアプリ、Adobe Illustrator他動画編集ソフト） 

• 柔軟に、積極的に活動できる方

【IIGE】Student Staff Recruitment Notice 

IIGE Student Staff Wanted! 

We are looking for student staff to work at the Institute for Innovative Global Education (IIGE) starting from February 2026. 

◇ About IIGE 

IIGE promotes international education through online tools, especially COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning). 
We organize COIL-based classes, short-term study abroad programs (COIL Plus), and international exchange events in collaboration with overseas universities and global organizations. 

◇ Position Details 

• Hourly Wage: ¥1,400 

• Work Location: Senriyama Campus (IIGE Office in Ibunkan 1F, Library GSC, etc.) 

• Main Tasks:  

• In-class support: TA duties in classrooms and the IIGE office 

• Out-of-class support: Creating bilingual manuals and documents (English/Japanese), video editing, translation, and event support 

• Working Hours: Negotiable  

• In-class support: Approx. 2 hours per class 

• Out-of-class support: Depends on the task 

◇ Eligibility 

Applicants must be: 

• Undergraduate students (1st–3rd year only; 4th-year students graduating in March 2026 are not eligible) 

• Regular international students (exchange students are not eligible) 

• Graduate students enrolled at Kansai University 

Language requirements (for in-class support and event operations): 

• English: CEFR B1 level or higher (TOEIC 580+, EIKEN Grade 2, GTEC 260+, TOEFL ITP 505+, TOEFL iBT 60+) 

• Japanese: JLPT N4 level or higher 

Note: Language requirements are not necessary for out-of-class tasks such as video editing and document creation. 

Other requirements: 

• Ability to use ICT/IT tools (e.g., Zoom, Canva, MovieMaker, PowerPoint, Google Apps, Adobe Illustrator, etc.) 

• Flexible and proactive attitude
