国際部では、本学学生がキャンパスライフの中で異文化コミュニケーションを実体験する空間である「Mi-Room (Multilingual Immersion Room)」におけるグローバル・ティーチングアシスタント（以下、GTA）を募集しています。

【GTAについて/運営部門の業務内容】
GTAとは、Global Teaching Assistant(グローバルTA)の略で、
Mi-Roomにおける活動補助をしてくれる学⽣のスタッフです。
主にMi-Roomにおける国際交流活動を促進する学⽣スタッフです。今回募集している運営部門では、主に以下の業務をお願いいたします。
◆ Mi-Roomのカウンター対応業務、部屋の管理・環境整備、利用者同士の国際交流促進（イベント開催含む）、SNSなどでの広報活動、国際部授業におけるTA業務、その他国際部の職員がお願いする業務

◆Mi-Roomとは?
Multilingual Immersion Roomの略で、日常では得られない異文化体験や国際交流を実体験できるグローバル・コミュニケーションスペースです。
語学力の向上はもちろん、国際感覚を培うことができます（場所：千里山キャンパス第2学舎1号館2階）。


【求める人物像】
◆    関西大学Mi-Roomにおける日常的な国際交流の促進やイベントの運営・企画に積極的にかかわれる方
◆    国際交流・世界の言語や文化に興味・関心のある方
◆    異文化を理解し受け入れられる柔軟性のある方
◆    年齢や国籍を問わず、周りと協調しながら業務を進められる方

【採用予定人数】 7名程度

【活動期間】2025年4月上旬～,2025年度春学期
【勤務時間】平日9:00-17:00の間でシフト調整
【勤務場所】主にMi-Room内　（関西大学千里山キャンパス　第2学舎1号館2階）
【給与】　　1200円　(時給)

The Division of International Affairs is looking for motivated, dedicated and reliable students to work as Global Teaching Assistants (GTA) in the Mi-Room (Multilingual Immersion Room) at Kansai University. 
 
【About GTA/Duties】
GTA stands for Global Teaching Assistant, student staff who assist with the various activities held at Mi-Room. In the Management Team specifically, GTAs will engage in the following roles;
　・Supporting users of the Mi-Room as a receptionist/ promoting interaction among users(include holding & Managing the event)/ keeping the Mi-Room comfortable / guiding visitors around/ posting on social medias/ creating flyers/ Working at International Division's classes as an assistant/ any other work that the Mi-Room office staff ask you for.

◆Mi-Room is …
A global communication space to experience different cultures and international exchanges. Visit to improve language skills and cultivate an international outlook!

【Number of Recruits】 ７students
【Work period】From April 1, 2025 onward, during spring 2025 semester
【Work hours】Shift to be adjusted between 9am-5pm, weekdays
【Work place】Mi-Room, Senriyama campus
【Salary】1,200 yen per hour
