This co-ed dormitory is located approximately 15 minutes by bicycle from the Senriyama Campus and a 3-minute walk from the Hankyu Bus Nanao-Nishi bus stop. Although the dormitory rooms are single occupancy, shared facilities include a lounge, kitchen, and laundry room, providing an environment where students can interact with other dorm residents. In addition to single-sex units, there are also all-gender units open to all students.
The dormitory is staffed 24 hours a day by a dormitory manager, providing dorm residents with a safe and comfortable living environment. Providing meals is being coordinated.

The dormitory manager is available from 6:00AM to 10:00PM and they ensure a safe living environment.

This female dormitory is built on a quiet, elevated hillside and is a 15-minute walk from the Senriyama Campus.
The dormitory rooms are double occupancy rooms with shared facilities such as a dining room, hall, bathroom, library, lounge, pantry, shower room and laundry room.
The dormitory manager ensures a safe living environment.
Breakfast and dinner is also available. Breakfast comes with a choice of Japanese or Western.

This is a co-ed dormitory located 5 minutes on foot from Minami-Senri station and 15 minutes away by bicycle from the Senriyama Campus.
All rooms are single occupancy rooms with each unit composed of 6-7 rooms, and a laundry room, shared kitchen and lounge where students can interact with others.
Various kinds of events such as cultural exchange with people from the local community are held.
