本事業（SUCCESS-Osaka）では、日本国内企業で採用された、離職リスクの少ない高度外国人人材の、キャリアサポートを行います。
具体的には、以下を目的とします。
①大学を基盤とした教育・研修カリキュラム構築。
②国内外の企業の支援及び、内定・就職後の人材の支援

The SUCCESS-Osaka project provides career support for high- skilled International students who have accepted jobs at
Japanese companies and are at low risk of leaving their jobs. Specifically, the project aims to:
(1) Develop a university-based education and training curriculum.
(2) Assist domestic and foreign companies and provide support for International students after they accept a tentative
job offer and start a new job.

大阪が代表する4大学の留学生を、キャリアパスを明確にした企業や業界へ輩出します。

We produce international students from four of our partner universities in Osaka into a variety of industries and companies with clear visions of career paths.
留学生が日本での就職に必要な知識に加え、社会人基礎能力の根幹となるマインドセットの確立も実現させる教育カリキュラムを実施します。

We provide an educational curriculum that gives international students the knowledge required for employment in Japan while helping them establish a career-oriented mindset.
留学生と日本企業の双方が本気で議論することによって、新しいアイデアを創出するシナジーを生み出す場を提供します。

We provide opportunities for international students and Japanese companies to have serious, rather than superficial, discussions and harness their synergistic energy to generate new ideas.
ビジネスシーンを想定した日本語指導など、企業が求める実践的なカリキュラムを提供します。

We provide a practical, business-friendly curriculum, including Japanese lessons that incorporate business scenarios.
大学・企業合同プロジェクトを通じて、留学生に特化した専用のインターンシップを行い、企業が抱える課題解決を図ります。

We arrange internships specifically for international students through university-company joint projects, geared toward solving the host company’s business challenges.
留学生が日本企業で活躍することが、SUCCESS-Osakaの目指す姿です。そのため留学生を採用した企業に対しては、内定後からフォローアップを実施します。

Since the goal of SUCCESS-Osaka is to have international students play an active role in Japanese companies, the program conducts company follow-ups and offers continued support to students after their tentative job offers
