NEW!! Academic Year 2025 Fall Semester Student Dormitory Resident Registration (For Future Students)
The application for residency in Kansai University owned student dormitories, Global House, Student House Shurei-ryo, Dormitory Tsukigaoka, Minami-Senri International Plaza International Students Dormitory, and Kansai University International Dormitory is now open.
For those who wish to apply for residency, please read the following application requirements in detail and proceed with the necessary registration procedures during the application period.
Please read and understand the notes in red before submitting your application.
【For Future Students】
*Please apply as “Future Students” if you have passed the entrance exam of Kansai University Graduate School for the fall semester of 2025 at the time of your application for the dormitory.

★ In Global House and Minami-Senri International Plaza International Students Dormitory there are all-gender units.
The all-gender unit is a space where any gender can enter the dormitory.

(Notice of Dormitory Fee Revision of Student House Shurei-ryo and Minami-Senri International Plaza International Students Dormitory)
- The revised monthly dormitory fee and security deposit amounts will be posted on the website once they are finalized.
- The security deposit to be paid upon moving in (September) will follow the current amount and will be applied to the March 2026 dormitory fee
(or the final month of residence if leaving before March 2026).
- Subsequently, the revised security deposit amount will need to be paid again at the time of the April 2026 dormitory fee payment.

Applicant Eligibility |
Regular students who have enrolled in the undergraduate or the graduate program at Kansai University as of Fall 2025. * Foreign research students are not eligible to apply, as they are not regular students of Kansai University Graduate School. * Those who will have a status of Leave of Absence for the fall semester of 2025 are not eligible to apply. |

Ideal Candidate |
Those who can observe dormitory regulations and live together with others. Those who agree to actively participate and cooperate in international exchanges, interact with locals, and participate in Human Resource Development Programs. |

Period of Residency |
Two semesters (in principle) * Bekka students: One semester (in principle) * Kansai University International Dormitory: One semester |

Tuesday, July 1, 2025 ～ 12 p.m. on Friday, July 18, 2025 * Applications must be done by noon of the final day. |
