Academic Year 2024 Spring Semester Student Dormitory Resident Registration (For Enrolled Students)
The application for residency in Kansai University owned student dormitories, ≪New Open!!≫“Global House【male/ female/ all-gender※1】”, “Student House Shurei-ryo【male/ female】※2”, “Dormitory Tsukigaoka【female only】” ,“Minami-Senri International Plaza International Students Dormitory【male/ female】” and “Kansai University International Dormitory【male/ female】” are now open.
For those who wish to apply for residency, please read the following application requirements in detail and proceed with the necessary registration procedures during the application period.
※1 What are all-gender units: Unlike single-sex units for male and female, they are living spaces that students can live in regardless of sex.

※2 The dormitory fees and deposits will be revised at the Students House Shurei-ryo from the spring semester of 2024 as below.
Single A: JPY36,000 ⇒ JPY37,000
Single B: JPY38,000 ⇒ JPY39,000
※3 If you have passed the entrance examination of Kansai University Graduate School for the spring semester of 2024 at the time of your application for the dormitory, please check the application guidelines for Future Students and apply as a future student.

Applicant Eligibility |
Regular students who has enrolled in the undergraduate or the graduate program at Kansai University as of Spring 2024. ※Foreign research students are unqualified to apply since they are not regular students of the graduate school at Kansai University. ※Those who have a status of "Leave of Absence" as of above time are unqualified to apply. |

Ideal Candidate |
Those who can observe dormitory regulations live together with others. Those who agree to actively participate and cooperate in international exchanges, interaction with locals and Human Resource Development Programs.

Procedure for |
Application through Information System "申請・アンケート". Title: Academic Year 2024 Spring Semester Student Dormitory Resident Application (For Enrolled Students) ※We accept only one application from one person. (Selection is by document screening, not by lottery.) ※Please check each dormitory's page on the International Student Dormitory website, etc., and be sure to fill in the required information. ※Please make sure to fill out the application form by yourself. ※The guarantor's approval is required. If you do not have a guarantor's approval, your application will be invalid. ※If you need to make any corrections to the information you have entered after applying, send an e-mail to residence@ml.kandai.jp. ※The items to be entered in the application form can be found in the attached "Entry items for the Student Dormitory Resident Application." |
