For the poster session, individual research teams carried out preliminary discussions, including discussion of anticipated questions, and held rehearsals. Each team created one A0-size poster, which two students from the team used when giving their presentation.

A total of 28 teams were divided into the two groups of presenters and audience in rotation. The audience evaluated individual presentations.

Five minutes were allowed for each presentation, in which students gave an overview of the companies they visited.
①Introduction: preparation of questions to be asked in an interview with a company and expected answers to the questions
②Main body: comparison between the answers expected before the interview and the actual answers obtained through the interview
③Findings: what left a strong impression and what was surprising through the interview
④Conclusion: insights and information obtained through the interview

Parents and guardians, as well as instructors from Kansai University's Faculty of Safety Science, were invited to attend the poster session. Other visitors included all the students in the third year of Kansai University Junior High School, who are scheduled to enter Kansai University Senior High School as the second batch of Super Global High School students. These students also participated in the poster presentations as audience members and made assessments.

Each poster presentation was followed by a three-minute question and answer session, in which there was active exchange of views and opinions. We believe that this has contributed to fostering a climate of free communication and free exchange of views, a key element for promoting research projects.

This project will also serve as a useful reference for future research projects, with the poster presentations representing the first step in disseminating students' research results to the outside world.
