We welcomed a total of 22 participants from China and Taiwan to IJLC Winter 1, which began on January 12, 2024.

The participants, who were nervous at the Opening Ceremony, soon became friends with each other and had a lively conversation about many things.

They tried their hand at wrapping with "Furoshiki" as one of the Japanese cultural experience.

During the field trips to Kyoto and Hyogo, they spent a wonderful time going for a stroll around tourist attractions, making Japanese traditional confectioneries, and visiting Himeji Castle.

The three weeks flew by.
