Academic Year 2023 Spring Semester Student Dormitory Resident Registration (For Enrolled Students)
The application for residency in Kansai University owned student dormitories, “Student House Shurei-ryo”, “Dormitory Tsukigaoka” ,“Minami-Senri International Plaza International Students Dormitory” and “Kansai University International Dormitory” are now open.
For those who wish to apply for residency, please read the following application requirements in detail and proceed with the necessary registration procedures during the application period.
※If you have passed the entrance examination of Kansai University Graduate School for the spring semester of 2023 at the time of your application for the dormitory, please check the application guidelines for Future Students and apply as a future student.
<Precautions for those who enter Japan from overseas>
Please follow the border measures taken by Japanese government at the time of arrival. Please be noted that students are not allowed to quarantine in the dormitories if they need to quarantine at home or other places after entering Japan. In addition, Kansai University may specify the accommodation and transportation method.

Applicant Eligibility |
Regular students who has enrolled in the undergraduate or the graduate program at Kansai University as of Spring 2023. ※Foreign research students are unqualified to apply since they are not regular students of the graduate school at Kansai University. ※Those who have a status of "Leave of Absence" as of above time are unqualified to apply. |

Ideal Candidate |
Those who can observe dormitory regulations live together with others. Those who agree to actively participate and cooperate in international exchanges, interaction with locals and Human Resource Development Programs.

Application through Information System "申請・アンケート". Title: Academic Year 2023 Spring Semester Student Dormitory Resident Application (For Enrolled Students) ※Please check each dormitory's page on the International Student Dormitory website, etc., and be sure to fill in the required information. ※Please make sure to fill out the application form by yourself. ※The guarantor's approval is required. If you do not have a guarantor's approval, your application will be invalid. ※The items to be entered in the application form can be found in the attached" Entry items for the Student Dormitory Resident Application." |

※We may suspend the dormitory recruitment depending on the situation of COVID-19.
※In Dormitory Tsukigaoka, although all the rooms are double occupancy, they are currently being used as a single room for the prevention of COVID-19. We may change the number of occupancy upon the situation of COVID-19.
※Student House Shurei-ryo will be operated as a co-ed dormitory(Separated buildings based on genders.) from the Spring Semester of 2023.
