今日は、語学研修組はホストファミリーと終日過ごします。一方のキャンプ組はキャンプ最終日です。

異国のルームメイトと過ごした１週間、「まだキャンプにいたい」といった声が聞かれ、キャンプの期間は語学研修にアクティビティにと充実時間を過ごしたようです。キャンプで一緒になった他校の日本人生徒さんや現地スタッフの方と写真を撮ったり、思い出話をするなどして最後の時間を過ごしました。現地スタッフの方やキャンプに参加している異国の人の見送られ、ホストファミリーとの待ち合わせ場所に向かいます。

来週からは、全員がそろっての語学研修が始まります。また、このキャンプでの経験を生かして一段と成長してくれることを願っています。

《生徒の感想》
・最初は友達ができるか不安でしたが、現地スタッフの方やルームメイトが優しくしてくれて安心しました。毎日夜8時からのゲームでは、いろんな国の人たちとチームになり、それぞれの国の音楽や食べ物など文化を教えてもらいました。知っているものもありましたが、知らないものを知ることができてよかったです。ご飯もおいしくて、いろんな国の料理が出てきて楽しめました。ファンタのチェリーバニラ味がおいしかったです。

On the first day of camp, I was worried about whether I could make friends. But the camp staff and roommates were very kind when we arrived at camp. In the game that starts at 8pm every day my teammates were from several countries. They taught me about music and food in their countries. I heard a lot of names of food for the first time.The food was very delicious and I was happy that I could eat food from different countries. Cherry-vanilla Fanta was very delicious.

・初めは、たくさんの不安があり緊張していましたが、先生たちやルームメイトのおかげで緊張はすぐにほぐれました。勉強だけでなく、毎日様々な活動が楽しめ、とても濃い日々を過ごすことができました。徐々に英語が運なりと頭に入ってくるようになり、英語を聞く力が伸びたと思います。

At first, I was nervous because I was worried about whether I could get along with my roommate or whether I could get used to camp. The teachers were very friendly and my roommate was also very kind., so the tension was erased immediately. I enjoyed various activities as well as studying and each day was very intense. As the days went by, English gradually came into my mind easily. I think my ability to listen to English has improved through this camp.

・寮のみんなでの活動が印象に残っています。人生で初めてロープウェーに乗ったり、スリル満点のウォータースライダーに挑戦したりと、このキャンプでしか経験できないことをたくさん経験できました。最後の日にもらったTシャツにみんなの名前を書きあい、素晴らしいお土産ができました。本当にこんな楽しい思い出を作ってくれた友人や先生方に、感謝しかありません‼‼‼

The day when everyone in the dormitory went out together was especially memorable. I rode a ropeway for the first time in my life, I tried thrilling water slides, and did a lot of things which I could only experience on this camp course.On the last day, of dormitory life, we wrote each other's names on the t-shirts we received as souvenirs. I really can't thank my friends and teachers enough for making such memories!
