今日は語学学校での授業はなく、終日Capilano Suspension Bridge ParkとGrouse Mountainを観光しました。

Capilano Suspension Bridge Parkは、森の中に巨大な吊り橋がかかっている観光地です。実際に見て、想像以上に大きな吊り橋で、渡る前から橋が揺れているのがわかります。長さ140m、高さ70mの吊り橋を渡った後は、ちょっとした公園になっていて自由散策の時間です。

午後からはゴンドラに乗ってGrouse Mountainの頂上へ向かいます。グリズリーを見たり、LUMBERJACK SHOWを見たりするなどして日本とは比べ物にならない大自然を満喫しました。

Today there were no English classes because we went sightseeing at Capilano Suspension Bridge Park and Grouse Mountain.

At Capilano Suspension Bridge Park there is a large suspension bridge in the forest that is 140 meters long and hangs at a height of 70 meters. Actually seeing the bridge, it looks bigger than imagined. You can see that it is swinging before you cross it.

In the afternoon we rode a cable car to the top of Grouse Mountain. At the top of the mountain, we enjoyed a Lumberjack Show and saw some grizzly bears in a natural environment that cannot be compared to Japan.
