International Staff & Faculty Development Program among APAC Universities 2023-2024: Day 5

March 1st marked the final day of the program in which 40-minute presentations were given by participants from each country. The six participants from Kansai University (five from Kansai University and one from Chiba University, a JIGE partner university) were divided into three groups of two people. Based on what they had learned over the past five days, each group gave a presentation (proposals) on the topics of "Internationalization of Kansai University", "What Kansai University can do to promote study abroad in Malaysia", and "Future possibility of micro-credentials". It was a great opportunity for the presenters to polish the content of their presentations, which they had been preparing before their trip, and to feel their growth during the program. This program is not just a one-time training program, rather it was intended to bring back new knowledge to their home universities and make use of it. It is hoped that this kind of program will continue in the future and many new insights will be "imported" from overseas by those involved with Kansai University.
