| 研究の経緯 | 近年、気候変動等の影響により豪雨災害が激甚化・頻発化しつつある。河川氾濫による被害はその代表例の一つであり、「どこで溢れるか」、溢れた後に「どこまで影響するか」を衛星画像等による河道内植生把握や、携帯電話の位置情報を使った人口統計データ等を用いて評価する研究開発を行うに至った。 |
