| 研究の経緯 | 現代の24 時間化社会の基盤であるシフトワークは生活習慣病のリスク因子である。しかし、その抜本的な医薬介入は開発されていない。私は、バソプレッシンを抑制すると概日リズムの位相を瞬時に変動できることを見出した。この成果を応用し、シフトワーカーの健康を改善する創薬研究に挑戦する。 |
