研究の経緯
大学では上部構造の地震時応答評価と制御について研究を行った。その後、建設会社において建築に関する技術開発に５年半携わり、京都大学助手として着任してから建築基礎構造の研究を始める。その後、岡山理科大学、現在は関西大学の建築基礎工学研究室において建築基礎構造の研究を行っている。
研究テーマ
① 薄層支持層における杭先端の支持力機構の解明と設計への適用
② 回転貫入杭の引抜き抵抗機構の解明と設計への適用
③ パイルドラフト基礎の支持力評価
④ 原位置試験に基づく地盤特性の評価
