研究の経緯
人間への共感、気配り、意欲を引き出すような感情知能を備えたコンピュータシステムに関する研究を行なっている。特に人と計算機の会話を対象とし、人の情動側面に直接働きかけることを狙いとしたアニメーション型知的会話システムの開発・効果の実証検証に取り組んでいる。
