研究の経緯
法律事務所の勤務弁護士として労働災害等安全に関わる法律実務に従事、国土交通省行政官として組織の安全文化構築に関わる業務に従事。早稲田大学大学院で人間科学を専攻。事故の原因究明と再発防止のために、事故調査と法的責任追及のあり方の検討を行っている。
研究テーマ
① 人的要因が関与する事故原因分析手法の開発
② 受講者の主体的参加を促す安全教育手法の開発
③ 新技術が関与して発生した事故の法的責任追及
