| 研究の経緯 | クラスター、ナノ粒子の反応性に対するサイズ効果や構造依存性についてミクロスコピックな視点から観測し、現象をモデル化する研究を行ってきた。現在は、気相中に浮遊するナノ粒子のサイズ選別技術を開発したことから、それを用いたナノ粒子の計測と合成技術の開発研究を行っている。 |
