研究の経緯
事例分析を通し、開かれた公共空間や優れた住環境形成には、土地所有から設計、管理運営に至るまでどのようなノウハウが必要であるかという知見の蓄積を行っている。また、地場産業及びその建築が都市再生にどのような役割を果たしうるかということについても、取り組んでいる。
