研究の経緯
コンピュータ・アルゴリズムの設計と解析について、応用を中心に研究している。研究対象は、グラフ理論の問題から情報ネットワークの問題まで幅広く行っている。最近は、複数のコンピュータを繋いだコンピュータシステム（並列計算機など）上の並列・分散アルゴリズ ムや機械学習の応用に興味を持っている。
