APPLICATION PROCESS

To complete your application, please submit the following 3 documents.

1. Application Form (Microsoft Forms)

2. Certificate of Enrollment written in English (Dropbox)

3. A copy of passport photo page (Dropbox)

※Applications are accepted on a first come, first served basis and will close once capacity is reached.


Application　From Tuesday, September 16 to Friday, October 17, 2025
(The application will be closed once it reaches the capacity.)

  • A copy of passport photo page（Dropbox）　*within 3 days of submitting the Application Form
    • ※The Dropbox link and access password are provided in the Application Form.

Result Notification

Application documents will be screened, and applicants will be notified of the results via e-mail. The guidelines for payment of the program fee and other instructions will also be sent to successful applicants. If you do not receive any notification within 20 days of submission, please contact us immediately.

Payment

※The payment deadline is one week after the results are announced.

Issuance of Acceptance Letter　　By the end of November

The acceptance letter will be issued once your payment is confirmed. Please contact us if you do not receive the letter by the end of November.

Please be sure to send us Certificate of Enrollment written in English and a copy of passport photo page within 3 days of submitting the application form. Your application will be considered complete only once we confirmed your application form, Certificate of Enrollment, and a copy of passport photo page on our end.
