Are there any eligibility requirements?
The applicant must be an undergraduate or a graduate student enrolled at an accredited college/university/research institution outside Japan currently and as of each program.
Is the program Credit-Bearing?
Our programs are not Credit-Bearing; however, main course guarantees 45 hours, which is equivalent to one credit in the standard a college or university established by Ministry of Education, Culture, Spots, Science and Technology (MEXT).
Can I ask you to make and issue documents if I need to apply for my visa?

When can I get it?
It will be issued after confirming your payment. The following approximate periods are for your reference.
Is there any scholarship?
There is no applicable scholarship for the programs.
Do I have to sign up for overseas travel insurance by myself?
Basic program fees include the insurance. Find the details in the section of “Overseas Travel Accident Insurance” in the application guideline attached in the page of “UPCOMING PROGRAM”. The insurance is applicable only for period of each program. If you stay in Japan before or after the programs, so be sure to purchase another insurance out of pocket just in case accidents occur.
When can I get my certificate and transcript?
The certificate will be given in the closing ceremony on last day of the programs. In regard to the transcript, it will be sent to you electronically in two weeks after finishing the program.
What is provided in the student dormitory?
The dormitory is equipped with a bed, bedding (blanket, pillow, and bed pad), bathroom, toilet, and air conditioner. Accommodation fee is included in the program fee.
