Expert’s Eyes

In reality, there are limitations when trying to implement safety measures, for example, limitation in the budget. We cannot spend unlimited amounts of money for safety. Therefore, we need to decide the criteria by which people can feel sufficiently safe within the range we can do, and take measures to ensure safety. This is a problem for psychology. The level of safety that can be perceived differs depending on the circumstances in which people or groups/organizations live or exist. The psychological mechanism in respective situations is clarified by the "risk perception theory".
