Expert’s Eyes

There is no value of disaster information if the information merely "exists anywhere". It is important to properly convey the information to those who are seeking information, and for the people to be able to properly use the information. To protect, save, and support people's lives, information must be utilized in any situation. The mission of "disaster information theory" is in exploring the possibility of various media in the contemporary society, and studying and exploring practice and theory for that.
