Expert’s Eyes

The theme of this laboratory is the investigation of the causes of accidents and the pursuit of legal liability. One theme is to elucidate the human errors that cause accidents and the psychology of consumers that leads to unwillingness to enter into contracts. We will also examine the accident investigation system and legal responsibility, such as whether imposing heavy responsibility on the parties involved in an accident will help prevent accidents, and how the investigation system for accidents caused by new technologies should be organized. We welcome anyone interested in these matters.
