After that, along with the explosive development, we have artificially modified natural condition to fit our life. Science technology progress led to construction of not only safety space but also urbanization society, but at the same time increase of disaster. Modern Society faces to uncertain disaser risk created by ourselves. We need to try to design our living space and urban structure for safety and security to adapt for the future.
