| 研究の経緯 | 精密切削による断面作製と断面からの情報取得とを連続的に行う自動化システムの開発を行ってきた。現在は、ダイヤモンド工具による高機能光学素子金型の超精密切削加工や、メカノケミカル超砥粒砥石による電子・光学材料の超仕上げのための技術開発に取り組んでいる。 |
