Tea Ceremony Experience

Bekka students had a tea ceremony experience as part of Japan Studies classes. Many of the students have learnt about tea ceremony from textbooks but it was first time for them to actually try it themselves. Students from Tea Ceremony Club first showed Bekka students the manners and ways of tea ceremony and they enjoyed tea with Japanese sweets. After that, they worked in pairs and made tea for each other. Although, some of the students had difficulty sitting in seiza, they thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
