Kansai University has been working on developing individuals with global perspectives throughout the various study-abroad programs: one-year exchange programs at our partner universities, one-year or one-semester self-funding study abroad program at non-partner or our affiliated universities, and one-month language seminars either during the summer or spring break at our affiliated universities abroad. At the same time, we have also been engaged in international exchange activities by accepting students from around the world. While the exchange programs are limited to students from our partner universities, many students from overseas are enrolled as full-time students.

At our university, you will be studying the Japanese language and other Japan-related subjects for one semester or one academic year as exchange students. In some cases you may be allowed to take regular undergraduate/graduate courses to further your knowledge in certain areas. In addition to the actual academic experiences, we believe you will be able to enrich and make the most of your stay by participating in extracurricular activities and interacting with Japanese students.
