Currently Kansai University has a one-semester/one-year student exchange program with 56 out of 61 partner universities in 23 countries, and regions. There are also short-term language seminars for students that take place at 12 universities during the spring or summer vacation. (Available languages: Korean, Chinese, English, German, French, and Spanish)

An exchange program for researchers is also set up with some of the partner universities and active academic exchange has been conducted every year.
