Applicant Eligibility

Regular students who has enrolled in the undergraduate or the graduate program at Kansai University as of Spring 2024.

※Foreign research students are unqualified to apply since they are not regular students of the graduate school at Kansai University.

※Those who have a status of "Leave of Absence" as of above time are unqualified to apply.

Ideal Candidate

Those who can observe dormitory regulations live together with others.

Those who agree to actively participate and cooperate in international exchanges, interaction with locals and Human Resource Development Programs.

Period of Residency

Two semesters in principle

Second period：Thursday, February 15 - Wednesday, March 6, 2024

Third period：Thursday, March 7 - Thursday, March 21, 2024

※We accept only one application from one person. (Selection is by document screening, not by lottery.)

※Please check each dormitory's page on the International Student Dormitory website, etc., and be sure to fill in the required information.

※Please make sure to fill out the application form by yourself.

※The guarantor's approval is required. If you do not have a guarantor's approval, your application will be invalid.

※If you need to make any corrections to the information you have entered after applying, send an e-mail to residence@ml.kandai.jp.
