The 4th PDM Degree Holder, Chrioni

On March 21, 2025, the Kansai University Graduation Ceremony was held at the Senriyama Campus.

Mr. Chrioni Tshiswaka Tshilumba from the Democratic Republic of the Congo received his degree from the President, Dr. Tomoyuki Takahashi as the fourth recipient of the Ph.D. of Disaster Management Program (PDM).
The title of his doctoral dissertation is "Assessing Urban Vulnerability and Resilience against Natural Hazards: Case of Goma City in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Japanese Prefectures."
His research was supervised by Prof. Dr. Shingo Nagamatsu from the Graduate School of Societal Safety Sciences.

PDMの学位取得者の4番目の方として、2025年3月21日 クリオニ　チスワカ　チルンバ（Chrioni Tshiswaka Tshilumba）さんが高橋智幸学長より学位記を授与されました。
PDMにおける博士論文の論題は"Assessing Urban Vulnerability and Resilience against Natural Hazards: Case of Goma City in DR. Congo and Japanese Prefectures"です。　

指導教授は永松伸吾教授です。
